“ I can't thank you enough. You have made a HUGE difference in my recovery, approach to training, elimination of weak links I could not see, and ultimately my racing for 2010. I consider you my 'secret weapon'! Many thanks!"

Coach Lance Leo, MS , USAT Level II Coach, 9 time USAT All American, 6 time Ironman finisher, Ironman World Championship

“I drive a race-car at 200 mph for 3 to 4 hours in 135 degree heat with no timeouts. Some people may think that’s not very challenging, but I can assure you that its very demanding both physically and mentally. So I try to be in the best shape possible so I can perform at a high level for an extended period of time, and still be at my best in the end when it counts the most. I’ve been working out since college in 2002, I’ve been taking working out seriously since 2006. In the time from 2006 to now I have worked out with several trainers and attempted to just do it on my own. I have been working with Bill  for the past couple years and I can without a doubt say that I am in the best shape ever. Not only am I in better shape but I have less aches and pains. The attention to detail and the emphasis on my body mechanics has helped me tremendously. Precision Fitness and The Southeast Endurance Academy is a great place to train and it has become a place I get excited to get up in the morning and go, because I know I leave stronger and healthier.”

Aric Almirola, NASCAR Sprint Cup Driver #43

"Hi Bill, this is Scott from the Huntersville Concord Tri Club. I talked to you during our last meeting about my run and some pain I was feeling during and after the run. I paid attention to what you told me the next time I ran.... I usually run a 3.6 mile loop in Highland Creek, with my best time of 28:28.   My new run on just the second time running it I experienced absolutely no pain and ran it in 27:31. Usually people improve their run times by a few seconds, mine was almost a minute better!!!!  I couldn't believe it! My next run after that was just as good. I just wanted to thank you for giving me some great advice that will help me improve my tri times in upcoming races and also by helping me get rid of my pain."
