“I drive a race-car at 200 mph for 3 to 4 hours in 135 degree heat with no timeouts. I paid attention to what you told me the next time I ran.... I usually run a 3.6 mile loop in Highland Creek, with my best time of 28:28. My new run on just the second time running it I experienced absolutely no pain and ran it in 27:31. Usually people improve their run times by a few seconds, mine was almost a minute better!!!! The Southeast Endurance Academy was established to provide endurance athletes and coaches access to elite level performance testing, evaluation, and cutting edge training and education.
Computrainer Fusion is a fun and dynamic program that combines sport specific strength in Swim, Bike and Run with state of the art Computrainer cycling training. In each 90 minute Fusion session you, along with three other athletes, will be on and off the bike doing various exercises and drills specifically designed to improve performance in every aspect of your sport. Our low athlete to coach ratio insures that we can give you the attention you need to achieve maximal results.
