​Bill brings 20 years experience as a health, fitness and human performance specialist. As licensed Registered Nurse Specializing in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, a successful strength coach and fitness and performance center owner Bill has dedicated his career to helping individuals identify and overcome obstacles that stand in the way of optimal fitness and peak physical performance.   Bill is an active member of organizations that include The National Strength and Conditioning Association, The American College of Sports Medicine, National Association of Orthopedic Nurses, USA Weightlifting and USA Triathlon and is certified as a USA Track and Field Level 1 Coach.

A recognized expert in the field of corrective exercise and performance, Bill has contributed to numerous publications and industry websites and has co-authored three books on fitness and performance. Throughout his career Bill has enjoyed helping clients that range from the elite athlete (NFL,USAT, PGA, NASCAR, MLB, PBA, including 2 Daytona 500 champions, an NFL Hall of Famer, and a Professional Bowlers Association Hall of Famer) to the student athlete and from fortune 500 executives to stay at home moms.

Coach Sarah offers her clients the knowledge gained from personal performance success, an intense competitive drive an extensive training library, and a proven track record of success.  She is a data driven coach who believes regular testing and assessment is the cornerstone of any great performance. Sarah specializes in power based training for cyclists and graded pace training using GPS for runners. Using the data collected training and racing, she constantly adjusts her programs tailoring them to meet the clients changing needs and adjusting them regularly as performance data dictates.   Though she trusts the numbers, Sarah also understands that being a good coach is as much about psychology as it is physiology and she believes in helping her clients  find balance as they juggle the demands of their sport.

Verun Tahiliani

Verun holds a degree in Exercise Science from UNC - Charlotte and is American College of Sports Medicine certified a Health and Fitness Specialist. Verun had a successful collegiate track career and still holds the 49er record for the 2000m steeplechase. Verun is exceptional coach who brings the education and practical experience to take raise the game of any runner .



Dave Radin 

After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Health and Fitness from Springfield College in 1993 Dave spent seven years working at the prestigious Duke University Diet and Fitness Center.  During his time in Durham Dave helped coach world class athletes as a volunteer Strength and Conditioning Coach at UNC – Chapel Hill. For the past 9 years has a been an intergral part o the Strength and Conditioning team at Precision Fitness. 


Dave is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and USA Cyling Level 1 Coach .





Leigh-Ann Mueller

Leigh-Ann Mueller, owner of LGM Performance Coaching, has been a competitive triathlete since 1993  and has been a multi-sport coach since 2002. 
Her mission is to empower each athlete to achieve his or her full potential.  Her success as a coach lies in her ability to understand the physiological demands that each sport places on the body, to accurately assess each person’s strengths and weaknesses, and to implement highly individualized programs based on training availability, fitness level, goals, client feedback, and open communication.  Her clients range from first time triathlon finishers to ITU World Championship, 70.3 World Championship, Xterra World Championship and Hawaii IM World Championship qualifiers.  She enjoys coaching athletes of all abilities. Her personal athletic accomplishments include: Two time ironman finisher, 3 time Ironman 70.3 World Championship qualifier, 5th female amateur Ironman 70.3 Augusta 2011, half ironman PR -4:40, Race Across America team finisher 2011,  multiple year USAT All American. Leigh-Ann is a USAT certified triathlon coach, a certified personal trainer, a certified pilates instructor, and a certified Athletic EQ coach.


Kim Eagans

Kim is a certified USAT Level 1 Coach, an ASCA Level 1 Coach and a USA Cycling Level 3 Certified Coach, as well as an avid yogi.  Her coaching philosophy is hands-on.  She prides herself on constant, open, consistent communication with her athletes.  Kim uses her extensive race and training experience as a foundation to customize a training program specific to each athlete.  Kim also offers one-on-one and small group swim, cycling and track sessions.

Mike Smith

Mike’s education and experience as a professional motorcycle racer, semi-pro mountain biker, marathoner and triathlete along with a passion for helping others has allowed him to allowed him to excel as an endurance coach.   Mike is National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialis,  a USA Track & Field Level ​1 and USAT Level 1 coach.
